Samples
All Samples are shipped directly to your home or office. The price for the sample is a deposit and once the samples are mailed back to our office in our good condition your deposit will be refunded. Sample lead times my vary due to if they are stock or custom so please make sure to confirm the lead time with you designer before placing your order. The refund is only based on the return of the sample, and there is no obligation to purchase and order. If samples are not returned with 30 days it will be assumed you are keeping it and the deposit will no longer be refundable.
Designers / Project Managers
Once you are introduced to you designer that person will be your dedicated designer for the length of your project. Return customers will be able to use the same designer if they chose. Your designer will help you with the entire process from sample selection, designs, quoting, ordering and over all Kitchen and Bath Design Consultation. Our designers are not licensed plumbers, electricians, or general contractors, so the advice they give is based on their experience in the industry and needs to be verified with your local licensed contractor.
Measurements
Customer are responsible for the accuracy of all the measurements and any other information they provide. There will be no refunds or replacements based on inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Designer Guarantee
Our Designer Guarantee is that we guarantee that all of our products work accurately according to factory specs. Our goal is for our products to function property and integrate with the other built products you buy from other vendors in the space you are creating. Our designers are only as good as the information that you can provide. There will be no refunds or replacements based on inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Lead Times
Lead times are subject to be different depending on being a stock Item, a custom item, or on vendors standard lead time at the time of order. Please make sure to talk to your designer about the products you are ordering for the most accurate lead times.
Warranty
All of our products come with a factory warranty ,but they range anywhere from a Limited Life Time Warranty to a one year warranty. Please make sure to talk to you designer for more details about any factory warranty available for the items you are purchasing.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of the materials you are ordering all sales are final and there are no general refunds available. The only time Refunds, Returns, and or exchanges will be accepted is if an item comes to your project damaged, in accurate item compared to what is ordered, or anything that does not work properly according to the factory or vendor specifications. If your item falls under those three guidelines Big Sky Cabinetry will review your case and make a final determination on what needs to be refunded or replaced with in five business days. Your Designer at the time of sale will send you the receiving and review of materials procedures, please make sure to go over them with you designer thoroughly so you under stand the guidelines.
